The report aims to reveal the process it has supported, and how this has improved the overall situation for girls and boys in conflict with the law and what should be the next steps for its juvenile justice programme. The publication is a documentation of good practices and is a contribution by Save the Children Sweden towards the UN Study on Violence against Children.

The research sheds light on the plight of the trafficked children from Pakistan to wealthy Gulf countries for camel racing. The research findings clarify some of the myths associated with the issues of child camel jockeys and explain the modus operandi of trafficking mafia in achieving their ill objectives. The report clearly identifies different groups of people involved in child trafficking and those who collaborate with traffickers at different levels. The report also gives a wealth of information and guidance for initiating intervention programmes aimed at combating child trafficking for camel racing.
