Save the Children Sweden’s country programmes form the basis of our work in the region and through collective learning we carry out effective advocacy campaigns, research and programming.
Throughout the region we network, alliance build developing innovative and meaningful partnerships with a range of stakeholders to enhance collaboration and cooperation throughout the region.
Our regional team works to share, link and learn from experiences between countries and regions by exchanging ideas, resources and information. The regional team capacity builds Save the Children staff and partners for more effective, efficient and result-oriented work.
The regional programme addresses cross border violations of children’s rights and raises regional awareness of child rights violations that countries have in common.We foster discussion and discourse on child rights from a South Asian perspective to contribute at a higher level to the global child rights movement.
